About DutiveX Solutions.

DutiveX Solutions was founded by Arnav Magoo. We build software for work that happens at a counter, a desk or a doorway — the kind of operations that usually live in a paper register and a stack of WhatsApp threads.

Our first product is GRMS, the Guest Room Management System: a tablet-first front desk for guesthouses and small lodgings, currently running in a live pilot with a real property.

How we work

• Few things, done properly. We would rather run one product well in production than ship five demos.
• The desk comes first. Software is designed around the person using it mid-shift, not around the org chart.
• Plain claims only. We don't advertise customers we don't have or certifications we haven't earned. What we say on this site is what is true today.
• Guest data is handled with consent. In GRMS, a guest opts in before any WhatsApp message is sent, and that consent is recorded.
